After checking the received details, the smart manager will contact you directly after going through the occupant verification process to coordinate the visit schedule for each service category.- Processing inquiry: You can check the progress and processing results for each subdivided category for A/S requests from tenant customers.* The processing inquiry function is provided only for applications requested through the app.
